Cis man here. I want to do what I can to help, so I'm asking what you need, and what you advise. I am happy to use my privilege where possible too.

I made it clear that this is a red line for me, and I will not be voting Labour unless they change course.

The only thing I know about trans Reddit is that a massive percentage of posters seem to have 18+ warnings linked to their names.

Absolutely this, ‘cis man’ why don’t you work towards making other men nicer and more accepting, able to pee with gender non conforming men without being overwhelmed by a desire to beat them up or have sex with them? Instead of applying pressure to women to buckle and give in on safe spaces.

He wants to "use his privilege" as a male to advance trans rights? He is chatting about how to politik against women in what amounts to a men's social club. The irony is breaking my bones.

Anyway, the obvious answer would be to stop trying to legitimize prostitution, since that's what leads to violence against transwomen- sorry, da dolls. But I'm guessing that any suggestion that he, a man, ostracize his fellows when they buy sex from anyone at all, would be some kind of step towards genocide.

I occasionally pop over to read some of the various trans reddits to see what their concerns are, after all, we have so often been encouraged to listen to trans people. So I do.

I don't post, as that's their space and I think it's very important trans people, particularly trans women, have spaces where they can be fully open about their thoughts and concerns about anything related to transgenderism.
