I think this is really poor. It seems to go well beyond their original remit.
They seem to have turned themselves into a ranty uni-soc type of outfit.

Well, we buy from many places. Etsy and Ebay type shops for stickers is way cheaper than the GLP. Get logistics is hard, but tracking for stickers is just redundant. Hope you sell some, but after we stuck them in the basket and saw the extra cost, we noped out.

The use of the recognisable font is potentially a bit trademarky. I am by no means an expert on this but for example, all the people selling disney-fied stuff on Etsy have to be careful of this.

No, what would happen is that the lie that you are transphobic if you support single sex spaces would be exposed as the over-reach and hyperbole it is and it would be legally agreed that it means hatred of trans people. Tras would then have to stop alling anyone who wants men out of women's sports, say, "transphobic".

Well interestingly, he’s used a specially designed font that is heavily copyright protected and trademarked so he’s either a) paid for the rights to use it (putting money in jk’s pocket) b) not paid for it, in which case jk doesn’t need to sue him for libel, she can just calmly ignore his nonsense and take him to court for trademark breaches or c) he’s used a free knock off font, which can’t be used for commercial purposes, meaning another kind of lawsuit. He’s an idiot. Jk doesn’t need to waste money trying to prove libel - trademark and copyright infringement are much better vehicles and needn’t involve her personally, which will drive the pompous twat mad!

I wonder if he has some grand fantasy of standing in a court room ranting at her. On the money given by his followers, with the costs and fines paid by them too. It wouldn't happen of course, why would she even bother turning up? It would be some legal rep and a slam dunk. I can't see a whole lot of grandstanding being allowed as to why a law was broken, it's not relevant and the court isn't an audience.
