Before the SC clarification, in English prisons at least, we were told that TiM would not be held in women's prisons if they committed a violent and/or sexual offence against a woman. Actually if that's what they were being imprisoned for. As we know sexual offences are rarely successfully prosecuted.
Anyway, I was thinking today what would they have done if a TiM assaulted another TiM. Would they have seen it as an offence against a woman, so off to the men's prison, or against a man. Would it depend if the victim had a GRC or had all the surgeries. Similarly, if the victim was a TiF. What then?
Sorry, I realise this is a derail but I needed to put this somewhere.
ScotGov are deminstrating what a bunch of fuckwits work there. On the plus side the nonbins must be feeling validated. So ill wind.
