Darlington Nurses gardening - target reduced, six days left

Just to let any gardeners out there know that the Darlington nurses have had to reduce their crowd funding target. They have six days to meet the new (lower) target or they will lose the money. If anyone does have a spare carrot or parsnip this payday I’m sure they’d appreciate it.

I can’t share the link (Mumsnet rules) but a swift Google search should find them.

I actually didn't know that if a crowd funder doesn't reach the target then the money is returned. Hope they reach it.

I also can't believe that in 2025, in the era of metoo etc, we are having to crowd fund so women can plead their case for not having to share a changing room with males 😡

Edited to add it’s infuriating that NHS Trusts have endlessly deep pockets to spend to avoid their legal responsibilities but hard working, under paid nurses have to count on the generosity of others.
