That was NC's submission for Sara's claim, so not Nick's work.
I don't think he would mind it being posted here because we need it to be widely read. When TT get the submissions they post links to.shared files on their substack and we generally post the download links.
It is probably more difficult to read as a post here than on his blog, because it is such a lot of text. He has either copied it from the submission in court, or screenshotted that and retyped it. Maybe he couldn't post it as a shared file because he has a blog.
He is also learning how to live tweet on the job. At first it was easy to C&P because he was quite slow, but then he got a lot faster as he worked out tricks that TT use all the time.
The submission ended up being posted three times. Twice as links to his blog and once in its entirety. And maybe it wasn't clear from the links that this was NC's submission.
However, I don't think we can police what people post here unless it fails MN guidelines. I'm sure it was helpful for some readers on here to understand the whole case.
