MD possibly - I thought Mr Chambers (SM's solicitor) might see it and give it to her

She thought SM's solicitor would find her email password in a bundle and pass it on? This woman is ridiculous.

This nuance was missed by Nick.

She said she dumped the new password in a SAR response of 67 docs.

Naomi said why not highlight it was in there.

She said Sara’s lawyer should have found it and highlighted it to her.

Naomi said, it’s quite a pattern isn’t it. You blame others for the work you’re meant to be doing. You blame Mr Chambers for the password, you blame Lucy for not calling an Extraordinary Board meeting, you blame X for Yetc.

That was such a clear piece of evidence of the repetitive behaviour. Denial, deflection.

For the technically minded amongst you, https://www.theregister.com/2025/11/18/cloudflare_outage/?td=rt-3a I think 'oh dear we broke it' may sum it up

The problem appears to be global, and the company was forced to do the equivalent of turning off and on its WARP access in London as engineers worked to deal with the glitch. WARP is similar to a VPN, except it routes traffic through Cloudflare's network. If the network is having a bad day, turning off WARP seems a sensible option.

I think SOG may mean Sara's Original Grievance.

Happy to be corrected.

From the grammar and context I wondered if it was more likely to be "subject of grievance", I.e. Sara?

Just catching after Cloudflare stopped access... hope you interview goes brilliantly.

Talk of tea has been triggering, As a schoolgirl, I was once tasked with making a pot of tea for the staff room. Afterwards, the headteacher tracked me down. Apparently, I had forgotten to put tea in the pot.

😂I also fell foul in the tea making abilities at a young age.

I assured my Mum I could do it, she let me (foolish). I decided as the hot tap water was so hot, I could use it.

I couldn't.

Thank you. It might be that.

Does anyone else think that MD has received some sort of coaching overnight on what to say? I could be why she was so keen to get home yesterday rather than wait another hour and finish.

Some of the phrases she has used this morning sound like media/interview coaching-speak - MD saying "I do not accept the premise of the question" in an attempt not to answer jumped out at me.

Perhaps having a good old men at Wallis’s tweets even tho she shouldn’t. I think she believes best practice rules are only applied in the eye of the beholder as it were. Ie don’t apply to her.

Lovely, thank you!

NC so you sent her the password buried in a bundle knowing she needed it and didn't tell her it was there ... is that a fair summary
MD possibly - I thought Mr Chambers (SM's solicitor) might see it and give it to her

Trying to catch-up after the Cloudflare problem and these lines leapt off the page when I read them. They really do sum up Michele Devlin's spitefulness towards Sara, don't they?

Practically health food. Are you in some sort of wellness retreat?

What gave it away?

I'm told that WARP access is not the same as WARP speed in Star Trek. Serves me right for teasing DH because I now know it's a routing system. I tuned out at that point.

Does anyone know if the password containing bundle email was actually sent to Sara or was it just to the solicitor

Reminding me on work experience being sent to make a pot of tea, an elderly member of staff tasting it, shuddering, and then saying very kindly 'my dear, let me teach you how to make a pot of tea'. She was fabulous, I adored her.

J let NC ask the qs
Smile

J is bending over backwards to seem to be fair to NC. I wonder if she did some googling over the weekend and has now worked out how generally good NC and CE are.

Chariothorses · 18/11/2025 15:38

Regarding the reference in the tribunal above to the photo of the man who says he's a woman and wants to be milked like a cow. Unfortunately this is indeed a reference to sexual fetish linked to lactophilia (men who want to commit CSA of a baby by making infants suck a man's nipples) and children of transitioners wrote an article about it here (ADULTS ONLY!)
https://childrenoftransitioners.org/six-children/
after ITV featured one of the men concerned.

(Sorry, don't want to put anyone off their afternoon coffee).

A weekend peaking, perhaps?

SqueakyDinosaur · 18/11/2025 15:40

Whatever her personal views, I would imagine the J is going to struggle to find MD a credible witness.

My impression, based purely on this thread, is that she started out rather more pro-MD than she seems to be now. What do other vipers think?

Yes, I got a similar lesson after the tea was spat back into the cup. 😂

Generally that's a bad sign. When a judge is being nice to you it's to avoid an allegation of bias when they later rule against you.

ProfessorBoiledbeetle · 18/11/2025 15:47

Can I say, my visit to Jodrell Bank in the 1970s and seeing their computer data on punched tape has stood me in good stead for my first day of working as a data engineer at Cloudflare.

EmploymentJudgeSigourneyHoward · 18/11/2025 11:26

Did MD know that SM had told her solicitor that she didn't have her email password, otherwise why would MD think that Mr Chambers should notice the (unsent?) email in the SAR bundle and think - oh my, should tell Sara about her email password. As opposed to Mr Chambers just looking at the totality of the SAR bundle....

Well quite.

I sometimes have massive second hand embarrassment.

Naomi is also too clever by half. When she’s been at you a while you must just get the fear and most rational thought leaves you.

So today she would just pause and Michelle would keep talking to fill the silence and ended up burying herself with lies.

I wanted to shout just say no comment Michelle. No comment!

Madcats · 18/11/2025 15:49

Well at least Ocado is still up and running; I’ve just sorted my order for the weekend!

Though as there's already been an allegation of bias against this judge, it would be pretty odd if she carried on appearing biased against NC, wouldn't it? I think conspicuous niceness is what I'd expect from the judge qua human being who wants to keep her job, regardless of how she actually feels right now. And who knows, she may indeed have been learning things.

Well if she Googled Prof Deb, the MN threads would have been near top of the list, so she'll have an insight into the suspicions on that front 😂

From NW

There has been a comment from a gentleman sitting in the same row as me surprised that the Director of a Film Festival was only vaguely aware of the term gaslighting, given the term derives from the Alfred Hitchcock movie "Gaslight" - something...

... I must admit I was wholly unaware of.

She doesn’t get book references

She doesn’t get film references

She doesn’t understand difference between gender critical and transphobia

Tell me Michelle - is there anything you do understand?
