How totally and utterly astonishing

hopefully she’ll do the same shit job she did at Stonewall and drive this organisation into the ground too

CassOle · 21/10/2025 14:47

Well, I'd better tear up my betting slip - I'd put my money on 'Grand Inquisitor of the Tranish Inquisition'.

WarriorN · 21/10/2025 14:47

We can but hope.

There's a toxic circle of captured adults doing the rounds of charities etc imposing this anti democratic, anti child safety, ideology on society and unconsenting children.

Given the open breaching of the law (policies compelling girls to undress in front of males in school changing rooms in defiance of the SC judgment), hopefully there's the potential for adults like this to see a day in court? At some stage organisations promoting safeguarding breaches and advocating for sex crimes against children (voyeurism and indecent exposure ) must be challenged?

WarriorN · 21/10/2025 14:59

Again, we can but hope

Some adults I know of who were involved in some really awful academic output have jumped ship into other industries I notice.

someone at goldsmiths who had a long career in child education/ development and ran a PhD programme (one of the students was a parent who did a PhD on inclusion if “trans” children in primary schools) transitioned themselves and skipped off to work in a technology field

Kelly is either stupid or incredibly arrogant. Either way, dangerous

Brighton! Quelle surprise!

RoyalCorgi · 21/10/2025 15:08

Isn't that a bit of a step down after Stonewall?

Also, Allsorts are awful in every possible way.

AnnaMagnani · 21/10/2025 15:11

Massive comedown after Stonewall. In the past she could have expected to go on to be CEO of massive charity. Or the House of Lords.

She was only left with smaller organizations that are as nuts as she is.

WarriorN · 21/10/2025 15:12

It’s quite scary how people can get into the House of Lords. Isn’t it

Look on the bright side, this could have been heading up a rape crisis service, women's refuges or the EHRC. And there is an argument for keeping this group of circulating charity posts purely to keep the employees out of the hair of actual workplaces.

Brainworm · 21/10/2025 15:32

Wikipedia suggest Allsorts has a revenue of £170,300, 10 staff and 50 volunteers.

It’s safe to assume Baroness Hunt of Bethnal Green is doing this for love not money. Her salary as CEO of Stonewall was likely not far off Allsort’s total revenue!

Brainworm · 21/10/2025 15:33

Oh! Ignore my post! I lost the plot and missed that this was referring to Nancy Kelly!

Edited

Ah yes, Nancy who described cunty lesbians who refuse to countenance dick bearers as potential partners as sexual racists, such a nice lady.

Allsorts used to be ALL over Brighton schools. They collaborated with the Council to create the Trans Toolkit that many other LAs then took up.

I expect the Council are still in thrall to them, and thus schools too.

Worrying news for children and young people in Brighton if Hunt has been employed to grow their influence further.
They will be once of the last organisations to recognise what they have done.

lechiffre55 · 21/10/2025 16:06

In a bit of my brain a bell has gone off on the Allsorts name.
Isn't it a youth project that also dispenses ( or provides referrals towards the dispensing process ) of puberty blocking drugs?

I seem to rememer a story about a youth project where there was a picture of the building, coloured flags in the windows etc..... and they were one of the few places left that was a pathway to puberty blockers......

Not hunt, Kelly

Thank you. I did indeed mean Nancy Kelly, not Ruth Hunt. Though either are a nightmare imo

Exactly what I was going to say. On both counts.

I think calling lesbians 'sexual racists' would tend to considerably narrow down the pool of people willing to employ a person.

PrawnofthePatriarchy · 21/10/2025 17:13

How are the mighty fallen, eh? Not a lot of that lovely dosh these days, I suspect.
