Has banned women and girls over the age of 12 from participating. Thoughts?

So when an adult male is "uncomfortable" attracted to a child, it's the child's fault?

I have no words.

And he wants to "hear you say out loud", like it's shameful, why we don't want ourselves or our kids near him or men who think like him.

Hadmysay · 12/10/2025 15:51

Humdingerydoo · 12/10/2025 15:25

How many welcome men to come and watch?

I don't know. email them for more enquiries

Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim · 12/10/2025 15:51

Onmytod24 · 12/10/2025 15:50

Now that’s ridiculous, but what I said still stands

What is ridiculous is thinking adult men need to be safeguarded from young girls because they’re wearing skirts.

PreciousTatas · 12/10/2025 15:51

Hadmysay · 12/10/2025 15:49

Which is so so so so so rare.
But it's horrific either way

Lies.

It's the same bloody thing.
If you are making people uncomfortable because of YOU whether you are a child or an adult chooses to modify their clothing in an inappropriate sexually charged manner then you should be held accountable and should be made to stop doing it.
But go on let male teacher dress the way I said.
Let's see if you keep the same energy.
I know you won't though

Are you telling women how to dress?

IdaGlossop · 12/10/2025 15:52

Bumdrops · 12/10/2025 15:44

Not sure we have had a summer of anti Muslim protests ….

cousin marriage - we have seen questionable NHS guidance published very recently - again not anti Muslim

we are discussing equality / human rights / adhering to the law / protected characteristics…

is any of that anti - Muslim ? ?

The far right muscling in on migrant hotel demonstrations looks anti Muslim to me.

AlinaRawlings · 12/10/2025 15:52

Bigpinksweater · 12/10/2025 08:22

Dare I ask, why 12 specifically?

Because a 13 yr old is a woman in their eyes 😩

Bumdrops · 12/10/2025 15:53

Humdingerydoo · 12/10/2025 15:51

Are you telling women how to dress?

Yes he is
he is enjoying winding up women

MyHeartyCoralSnail · 12/10/2025 15:54

Hadmysay · 12/10/2025 15:32

Very interesting isn't it.
The year are having the anti muslim prostets, story after story after story from gb news and the mail about muslims, conversations about cousin marriage etc this now pops us.

Or, finally, issues people have had concerns about for years can finally be voiced.

It’s rather like the trans journey. At first it was, let’s be kind and welcoming, then a few people starting voicing concerns that their rights were being sacrificed in the face of transrights, but still the majority shouted them down as “bigots” for not favouring the poor marginalised minority. Then slowly more and more people were adversely affected by championing a minority’s rights over the majority, more and more people started to feel uncomfortable with the situation but were scared to voice concerns . People started to realise they were being forced to live in a way which compromised their best interests. This is the usual pissed off, we will stand firm moment for the British public - and for the British public it generally is a light switch moment-something happens which pushes them too far and public mood can turn very suddenly and look quite shocking for those not used to British culture..Then people started to push back in favour of common sense. Then a few court rulings started to tip in balance away from the minority, Finally a court rulings to restore common sense and underline British values and rule of law.

The mistake people often make is confusing British kindness and acceptance (esp that of British women) as being a push over! Britain hasn’t existed unconqured for so long by accident

ThatCyanCat · 12/10/2025 15:55

Humdingerydoo · 12/10/2025 15:51

Are you telling women how to dress?

He's telling us how to dress, how to act and how to think, but he also wants us to trust him that he knows what is liberal and he knows what a certain demographic of women think and feel. And he wants to "hear us say out loud" why we need single sex spaces.

Serious question, Hadmysay... Did you ever frequent another forum years ago under the name KingRamesis? Because you really remind me of someone.

The far right muscling in on migrant hotel demonstrations looks anti Muslim to me.

So because some men are violent we can’t raise reasonable questions about the oppression of women within Muslim communities, ever? Or talk about the catastrophic outcome of multi generational cousin marriage?

Hadmysay · 12/10/2025 15:56

PreciousTatas · 12/10/2025 15:32

Oh how 'reassuring' for those in the UK. Don't worry ladies, it's RARE!

I know what the punishment was in my homeland. Death. In other more permissive Islamic states, confiscation of property or prison if lucky.

And you still think that women stay shackled to an ideology since birth because they 'love' it?

You seem to be able to read but not comprehend.

And I guide you to my ETA at the end…..

Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim · 12/10/2025 15:33

Is it “rare”?
Or are the women absolutely petrified and wouldn’t dare do anything considered to be stepping out of line?

It's rare

But (I’ll try again…..) whilst you’re answering, maybe answer this, the other member of the tag team seems to be avoiding it.
Please explain why you think this particular run can be open to (and this is their words, from their website):
Open to everyone: runners, walkers, and children (girls under 12 and boys of any age)
Why girls under 12 but boys can be any age?
Explain , clearly, what you think the difference is between those two groups and why girls are only girls if they are under 12 but boys are boys even if they are over 12.

Stinkhorn · 12/10/2025 15:58

@Hadmysay it's clear you are a misogynistic male.

CohensDiamondTeeth · 12/10/2025 15:58

Bigpinksweater · 12/10/2025 15:48

Look this is becoming like gender woo woo. The more you engage with something that is so plainly wrong the more chances they have to accuse you of bigotry and find complicated ‘explanations’ which are so ambiguous they can mean anything they want them to mean.

The British public is waking up to this, I think enough chat has happened and now we need to focus on activism and writing to people in positions of authority.

I'm just utterly shocked that someone would come here, the feminism forum, and openly say that the rape of children was "not a good look", and that it's the children's fault if adult males are sexually attracted to them with the implication that those adult males will be unable to control themselves.

I'm also confused by why it would reflect badly on us to say out loud what we all know, the reason we need female single sex spaces away from men. I can make some guesses if I try and twist my brain, but as with the TRA ideology I'm seeing absolutely no logic there but an abundance of misogyny.

As a guess I would go with naming the harms done by men dirties a woman somehow, or some such bullshit? Thereby silencing women with fear from speaking out about abuse, or suffer additional abuse, whilst effectively hiding the harms done by men from view.

IdaGlossop · 12/10/2025 15:58

MyHeartyCoralSnail · 12/10/2025 15:56

When most migrant hotels have young men from the Middle East and North Africa as their inhabitants, I would have thought it was quite obvious.

What is ridiculous? Its you actually. totally misquoting what I have said and then calling it ridiculous.😂

Merrymouse · 12/10/2025 15:59

Hadmysay · 12/10/2025 14:34

What are these basic rights.
I would argue there are far more muslim women that have basic rights than the ones that don't.
Remember not every muslim country is afghanistan

Afghanistan has a population of 42 million. Women do not have the most basic human rights.

Iran has a population of of 92 million. Women are beaten because they show their hair.

These aren't the majority muslim countries with the largest populations, but they can't be written off as irrelevant, and they are doing these things in the name of Islam.

Enough men are clearly using the Islamic faith to systematically abuse women to justify the raising of eyebrows when women are excluded from participation in a fun run.

And there is no point using whataboutism to suggest that Christian abuse of women somehow balances out Muslim abuse of women. Men have many ways to abuse and oppress women. We know.

Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim · 12/10/2025 16:00

Hadmysay · 12/10/2025 15:57

It's rare

I worked with victims of domestic violence. Women who were victims of Muslim perpetrators had to have all their identifying data immediately anonymised because the risk to their lives came not only from their perpetrator, but the perpetrator’s family and the victims’s own family if the victim was also Muslim.

Annalouisa · 12/10/2025 15:37

@ThatSpryShaker So let's I say I organise a park run that excludes black people. According to your reasoning, that would be totally okay because black runners can just go to any other park run? 🙄

Stop doing this. Stop using black people for your agendas please.
