Is this lawful in ireland - Pennys changing rooms

In the Pennys near me, changing rooms are either ‘women’ only’ or ‘all gender’.

Is it legal under Irish law to exclude men who say they identify as women from women-only changing rooms?

In Ireland I think men with a GRC saying they are women would be entitled to enter the changing room. So the Pennys sign is misleading as many people seeing it might assume its for actual women - not people who say their gender is ‘woman’?

For those that do not know it Penneys/Primark changed the normal male or female ones back in 2019/2020 when all this gender woo was at it's height.

It's taken a couple of years and they have happily seen sense.
