Middle aged man dressing up in girls school uniform

The middle-aged man was filmed wearing a school blazer, skirt and tights while sitting next to a pink rucksack in the Cotteridge area of Birmingham. #DailyExpress

This is too weird. I don't know if it's an official school uniform. He appears at the end of the school day hanging around smoking. In the old days he'd have been moved along. Surely this can't be acceptable.

I read about this and it seems he was wearing the official uniform of a specific school.
Surely there must be a rule that if someone is not a pupil at a particular school they cannot wear the uniform.
That should apply to someone whether they are 11, 16 or an adult.
So this man isn't just cross-dressing - he is doing something very very odd.
The police definitely should do something.

Wetoldyousaurus · 08/09/2025 23:30

To those people saying shaming this man for his behaviour = Saudi Arabia, come on! So shaming white people for donning black face = Saudi Arabia too? Maybe we can’t make this illegal although if we called it what it was - blatant sexual harassment no different from cat calling or making masturbating gestures at children/women, then a police visit would be easily justifiable. But even if we can’t call it sexual harassment because ‘trans’ 🙄, we can at least support school authorities speaking to this man, public transport officials speaking to this man, fathers and mothers - all telling this man that his behaviour is shameful to himself and that he is being watched by the ‘authorities’ and held in utter contempt by every single member of his community. Because he is attempting to pornogrify the girls in school uniform he encounters and reminding them of their vulnerability to being raped - just like any other exhibitionist.

On Twitter, someone in the comments recognised him. Screenshot attached.

At the very least he should get a detention for smoking in school uniform.

(Sorry, joke.)

Bbq1 · 09/09/2025 00:40

It's disgusting. He had a full uniform on with lanyard and most disturbingly, someone had even braided his hair.

Binglebong · 09/09/2025 01:15

There was a campaign a few years ago to stop sexy school girl outfits being sold as it sexualised children (started by some girls affected by it). I think, and it saddens me to say it, there need to be rules about wearing school uniforms. I wish we could trust grown ups yo be grown up but apparently self policing is failing.

A certain artist dresses in a similar vein and gets lauded for it.

They don't hang around a bus stop near kids do they though?

No, but they do get young students to design said dresses, and have also admitted to getting erections in said dresses.

LoadOfOldShit · 09/09/2025 02:02

Bus wanker.

Ah....I didn't know that 😬

Lovelyview · 09/09/2025 04:22

There are some things that could be done. As a pp has said the outfitters can ban him from buying from them, the bus company can ban him from using the bus and the police could issue an ASBO preventing him from hanging out round schoolchildren. I'm sick of people wringing their hands and failing to protect girls from this shit.

Bannedontherun · 08/09/2025 21:55

I think you can say that, and try and make it socially unacceptable.

I don’t like being confronted by men pretending to be women, but i cannot see how we could prevent it.

If we had laws about dress codes in public for men. which would, by virtue proscribe what women wear as well, we would be in a world like Saudi

Look, we all know he is wearing that uniform because he gets a sexual kick out of it. He is involving non consenting people, including school kids, in his fetish. Im sick of women and girls being told to stop complaining about men parading their various fetishes in public in case we hurt their feelings. It is well known ( or at least it used to be) that fetishistic cross dressing like this is linked in a big way to escalating predatory sexual behaviour. Now we have to pretend like they are stunning and brave and just wait for them to assault someone. It shouldn't be socially acceptable to act like a creep in public like this, and it never used to be.

This is in no way comparable to dress codes for women in Saudi Arabia. Its about not being a massive pervert and inflicting that on unsuspecting passers by.

I think that should be made law, if anyone who is not a pupil wants to wear a school uniform they must have permission, in writing, from the head teacher.

Off the top of my head I can only think of when a head would give permission is if a production company are filming a TV show and they use a school to film and have pupils as extras.

Yes 🤮

Rina66 · 09/09/2025 06:41

No female/woman/girl (how sad, I’m not even sure how to address my own species🙄) would ever choose to wear a school uniform!
I spent my teenage years doing everything I could to make it not look like a school uniform, so no, it’s definitely not normal nor for public consumption and we should be allowed to say so.

TheBeaTgoeson1 · 09/09/2025 06:46

Where is the actual source for this, as in who took the video? And where has it been shared. I can’t find any actual legitimate news sources. The video looks a bit weird, and not for the obvious reason. 😂

For old times sake……

You are terrorising the most marginal group in our society. Middle aged male school girls need to be protected from your hate. I’m just like all the rest of those people who think absolutely nothing to see here. What is wrong with you???

You forgot “Let him her into your daughter’s PE changing room AT ONCE, you racist homophobic colonialist White Feminist TERF Karen.”

(HOUSE!)

Alltheprettyseahorses · 09/09/2025 09:06

JFC - the man is a pervert and should be arrested, there are plenty of offences he can be taken in for eg causing alarm and distress for one. He can not be allowed anywhere near schoolgirls. Why on earth is there so much handwringing?

This nails it.

And Lovelyview has the right actions:
”There are some things that could be done. As a pp has said the outfitters can ban him from buying from them, the bus company can ban him from using the bus and the police could issue an ASBO preventing him from hanging out round schoolchildren. I'm sick of people wringing their hands and failing to protect girls from this shit.”

Another action that could be taken is to address the school at assembly and empower the pupils, especially the girls, to loudly say NO to this forced participation in someone's fetish.
By this, I mean discourage the usual socialisation of girls to be passive and compliant. Give them permissions to be angry and even strident about abuse.

A crowd of furious teenagers naming him for what he is would be enough to scare the nasty little pervert off. They want shock and fear, not righteous anger.

Two things for me.
Firstly that picture does not look right, the head looks superimposed and the upper and half body door appear to be of the same person.

So not an image i am willing to trust, or give any credence to.

Secondly, i find it completely bonkers to suggest that we ought to police what people wear. And that we can deal with people based on anticipating a crime they may or may not commit based on what they say or wear.

For sure we need legislation to protect single sex places, and women's rights.

Fruit cakes walk amongst us. But that is a fact of living in a free world.

Personally I find it bonkers to see nothing wrong with a grown man dressing as a school girl and hanging around school girls but each to their own. This is one area where I have no problem whatsoever in shaming them. And no this is not a free world where you get to behave however you want. That’s the excuse paedophiles try and use to justify their behaviour.

When I was at secondary school in the mid 90s there was a man who dressed like this and had built a sort of ‘den’ in some bushes on a footpath that led to the secondary school and was not near any roads. Numerous adults reported him to the police and were told yes he’s a bit weird but it’s not illegal. He then went on to rape an 11 year old girl on her way to school.

Awful

I saw that video yesterday and didn't think it looked legit either. Something odd about the head. Perhaps it is, but I would view the whole story with caution.

I think the idea is that if we had this kind of legal dress code it could be used in more ways than one. It's better to have a principle that people can wear what they want, even if it's weird/offensive, as far as the law is concerned. We do have limits even on that wrt things like public nudity, but it's a pretty extreme bar.

I think we've gone wrong a bit though in that we are mostly too hesitant to say, something can be publicly shamed or unacceptable, even if it is strictly legal. Somehow, legal has become the same as just fine, and we aren't supposed to "judge" people for doing things that are within their rights.

Even when they know something dodgy is going on, a lot of people feel guilty for judging behaviour like fetishistic cross dressing. Plus, in a lot of places it's now protected by law because it's not seen as separate from just dressing according to gender identity (whatever that means.)
