It did make me laugh that anyone’s Top 5 issues in the whole world could be Covid PPE

It's so badly designed that you can complete it more than once from the same device.

Their latest accounts show that they spent £165k on website maintenance and supporter engagement systems last year.

They might want to hire IT staff based on cvs and skills rather than just identifying as IT staff.

PersonIrresponsible · 08/09/2025 23:36

That was fun!

Now I wonder whether they'll publish the results. Even false ones.

It's so badly designed it doesn't contain any data protection statement at all despite asking for special category data and my contact email address. No link to their data processing reasons etc or how I can get my data removed etc. no consent opt in. No explanation of why they want an email address and what they will use it for. Not clear that you can opt out of giving an address. Are they getting ahead of the law here or just bad practice AGAIN from Team JoMo

Perhaps the Information Commissioner would like to know.

Hoppinggreen · 09/09/2025 09:17

Hi Dodo

Yes. Quite astonishing that people you'd expect to have a passing acquaintance with the law would toss off something like this.

Wowsers.

MarvellousMonsters · 09/09/2025 10:00

I might have accidentally filled it in a couple of times.

oops

LizzieSiddal · 09/09/2025 10:01

I might have made up an email address, something like “[email protected]m”😆

DrudgeJedd · 09/09/2025 10:38

ArabellaSaurus · 09/09/2025 09:43

Wowsers.

And that's £20k less than they paid for it in the previous year.
Easy come, easy go when it's other people's money I suppose.

GriftLawProject · 09/09/2025 14:29

Just bumping this, as the GLP's "How good are we, exactly?" survey is still up!

In case you wanted something amusing to do while you have your afternoon slump/tea and biccies.

Everyone who has responded to the survey should submit a Subject Access Request to their Data Protection Officer [email protected] to find out what they are doing with your data

The survey will probably give them some insights about the human caliber of the group of people they are trying to protect marginalised communities from. All feedback is useful, you see

And yours is terribly useful, thank you for your insight there.

You must have expressed belief in some sort of biological reality once on BlueHair. They don't like that.

You only need to follow a bad person to be blocked. Sad times.

Men irrespective of how they identify are not a marginalised community.

Why are men marginalised and why do they need protecting from women?

I wonder if the IT person is someone's relative?

I wouldn't be surprised.
