Aside from the usual racism, what does this post mean?

Is Willoughby implying that transwomen are men?

That’s certainly how it looks…
Even they don’t really believe it 😁

Oops!

MyAmpleSheep · 15/08/2025 18:12

So are male plumbers, electricians, police officers and anyone else who has business to be in there to carry out a duty, regardless of whether they identify as trans or not.

But (if this is the Women’s lavatory on which the sign appears) every single one of them needs to go somewhere else to pee.

Charabanc · 15/08/2025 18:25

Ha ha. Good spot!

Bit of a self own there, Himdia.

I think you're missing OP's point. And Himdia's post clearly says it the Ladies'.

backslashruby · 15/08/2025 18:27

No, India. A transwoman is a man so is not allowed to pee in women only toilets, just like all the other men aren't. A transwoman is a man so is allowed to clean women only toilets, just like all the other men are. See, all the men are being treated exactly the same.

You are also missing the OP's point! And what Himdia implied.

myplace · 15/08/2025 18:29

Indeed.

Though I think India thinks we think transwomen are men. As opposed to India acknowledging TWAM.

Subtle distinction.
I think India should stop trying to think.

My reading of it is that he believes transwomen are women so are being discriminated against by only being allowed in the women's toilets if they are cleaning and is saying that this is the same as black people being discriminated against by only being allowed in 'white' toilets if they are cleaning. What am I missing?

WallaceinAnderland · 15/08/2025 18:36

What am I missing?

The fact that the sign says 'male attendants'. If they were just female, there would be no need for a sign.

WallaceinAnderland · 15/08/2025 18:43

We see time and time again. It's played out in court. No matter how much you try to convince yourself and others that men can be women if they say so, your true beliefs always slip out.

OP posts:
solerolover · 15/08/2025 18:49

I absolutely loathe the way these delusional biological men and their allies, love to use the real suffering and pain of black people as a rhetorical point for bolstering their movement. Really, really grinds my gears.😡

But the sign says 'male and female' and India's post reflects his personal definition of 'male' and 'female' so it doesn't read to me that he is admitting that TWAM. Presumably even he agrees that there are some male people who are really actually male. Blimey, never thought I'd find myself sort of defending India Willoughby.

WallaceinAnderland · 15/08/2025 18:57

Then why would he say 'provided she's cleaning'?

The cleaners are:
a) female
b) male

Which cleaner is he referring to?

I understand the OP’s point.

As a second point, IW clearly doesn’t understand the concept of a service provided separately to each sex, and what a service user is.

Which makes it very difficult to decode anything he writes on the subject which is usually nonsense as a result. Arguing with a pig, and all that.

ThreeLocusts · 15/08/2025 18:59

Ugh. A common and garden white male narcissist comparing his predicament to that of black people who risked arrest, prison, beatings and murder for sitting in the wrong seat on a bus. Offensive fucking idiot.

(if you click on his post, you see that he blathers about 'deep south Jim Crow'.)

It reads to me that when he says 'provided she's cleaning' he is referring to the transwoman (who he believes is a woman not a man) who is not allowed to pee in the women's toilets but is allowed in to do the cleaning and is therefore, in his opinion, being discriminated against.
I assume that the aforementioned 'she' is the cleaner he is referring to.

WallaceinAnderland · 15/08/2025 19:11

A female cleaner would be allowed to pee in the women's toilets. A male cleaner would not.

A female cleaner would be allowed to pee in the women's toilets. A male cleaner would not.

But India's version of a 'female' cleaner includes transwomen so what I believe he is saying is that the SC ruling stops transwomen peeing in women only toilets because they are biological males but the sign says that male and females could be cleaning the toilets so therefore transwomen could be allowed in to clean. So to India transwomen can clean but not pee and are therefore being discriminated against. It's garbage but it seems to be what he thinks.
