Yes, specifically stating "psychiatric diagnosis" stood out to me too.

Why does she say “neither do our husbands”. That seems a bit unnecessary and implies that a husband’s opinion on women’s changing rooms is relevant. It should be enough to listen to what women want.

Great letter. The Baroness has a wonderful turn of phrase.

Ouch. I could almost feel sorry for anyone receiving a letter like that. It's got insults in there you only get on the second or third reading, and which Mr M&S is never going to be able to formulate a witty reply to, no matter how long he spends in the shower trying to think of one. It will haunt him.
