I will give it a go. Push and shove in the morning about two new witnesses who have come forward over the weekend on Sandies side. Plus NC wants to put Sandie back on the stand. JR objected
Judge wants to hear, (NC put the willies up him about appeals etc ) which no judge likes.
that will be tomorrow.
what was to follow was all about a WhatsApp group that SP was in, called Benidorm something or other.
so this group had holidayed together including SP 50th birthday at the Trump hotel.
Two witnesses (who cares what they are named) essentially grassed up Peggie to the Board, and provided a snippet from the WhatsApp group, to suit the defence.
NC helpfully had examined all 7 years worth of the what’s app exchanges (or all her gerbils did) which amounted to thousands of posts.
NC spotted on CCTV that the two witnesses spoke to each other at recess!!!
Apparently it was just about lunch (LOL)
Anyway there were on this what’s app a number of full on racist jokes about the floods in Pakistani, some of which SP posted.
So Sp has some unpalatable views.
both witnesses did not object in the group and one used the laughing emojis.
But it got worse or fucking funny depending one ones point of view,
one of the grassing witnessess posted about an adult patient presenting with nappies rash, he was one of those adult baby fetishist types, but the grass named the patient on the group so a serious breach of confidentiality, which the grass admitted to.
I guess it is NC case that NHSF did not scope wider and call into their investigation all these professional transgressions. And just focussed on Peggie and trans rights.
So the shit hit the fan
The thread exploded in to a feminist debate about racism, and disadvantages in healthcare, wether the working class was more racist etc
Massive derail in the court and the thread.
Bad day for GC in so much as the alignment with racism, in public not evident on the thread.
NC really needs to pull this back.
Sex matters issued a hasty statement
tomorrow is another day.
