Croydon pride will only accept applications from stall vendors who agree to state they believe:

trans women are women. Trans men are men and non binary identities are valid.

vendor applicants need to ‘join in a public display of support’ affirming these principles.

This is discrimination against anyone who does not accept biological males as women. Total disregard for the Supreme Court judgment.

I very much doubt it, but it's safe to say that many TRAs believe that laws are optional for special people like themselves.

I wonder if they will have many applicants for stalls, with those T&Cs. Reducing their income still further. How sad.

Tricky grey area in my view. Should a Catholic body be allowed to run a Christmas parade and restrict stall-holders only to Catholics? Should LGB Alliance be allowed to hold a Pride parade and restrict stall holders to those who defend same-sex rights?

Oh Christ! I’m Croydon based and I don’t like this at all. Incidentally I just left a book group in South Croydon as no one could get through a meet up without discussing anything about trans rights and what the author’s stance might be 🙄
