i think this is a top move. As pp said the RCN have issued a statement about the Darlington situation so now they must stand in court against Peggie and say "we were right not to support you against a man who says he's a woman" and justify that compared to the Darlington statement. Or not.

I wonder if this will actually get to court. I hope so - every court judgement adds more strength to the facts.

Au contraire. It’s quite clear that Sandie has plenty of money or, more likely, is being backed by someone with plenty of money. (Mention no names etc.) Remember how women organised a big fundraiser that brought in tens of thousands of pounds for Sandie and she donated it all to charity? That’s not a woman who’s worried about going bankrupt.

I hope she takes them to the cleaners if they persist in betraying their members in the interests of men with speshul feelz.

I also hope, very much, that it doesn't come to that, and RCN apologise and get back to what they should have been doing all along.

the end outcome i would expect in this case is something like: public apologie to Peggie from the union, refund of all subs she has paid since she first approached them, promise not to be such misogynist cunts in the future.

If they grovel trying to settle, in her position I’d say on the condition that they make a full, very public apology acknowledging their disgusting cowardice and having let female members down. Far sweeter than lawyers arguing for weeks. I’d rather capitulation.
