How many MNers will join me in applying for a GRC??

having read on another thread that it only costs £5 to apply for a GRC, how many MNers will join me in applying to ‘become’ a man?
one’s legal status as a mother will not change, and I’m sure we’ll all see a 20% uplift in our wages…
We might get turned down if the panel gets an inkling we might be insincere, but, for the sake of a fiver, we could swamp the application process…

You’d have to ask them why they feel they are entitled to retrospectively change a legal contract without the consent of the other party to that legal contract.

When they lobby political parties on this issue, they call the spousal exit clause a “spousal veto” and present it as the spouse having a right to stop them getting their GRC, instead of describing it accurately as the spouse’s right to exit the marriage before the GRC is issued.

I'm 65, single, FWR fan. I can spare a fiver to apply and I'm moving so my last contact with my local NHS GP surgery could be an attempt to spend £600 on a Gender Dysphoria Certificate. So far I guess I don't HAVE to change my passport/birth certificate details. (Don't want to confuse my niece/nephew's inheritance.) Legal advice appreciated.

Does anyone know what happens with your original birth certificate when you get a grc, is a note made on the birth records to say that the original birth certificate is no longer valid or does someone with a grc end up with two valid birth certificates with different sexes recorded

jokes aside, I’m too puritan to be able to do that, but I’ve always fantasised about going to the male changing room at the gym and strut around naked after a shower. Bet I would be reported in no time.

Went to a public / council leisure centre for the first time in ages, last week. Horrified (yet unsurprised) to find that the changing rooms and showers were only Mixed. No single sex facilities at all. 😑🤬

Wtf is that, seriously people who propose it as a good idea should hang their head in shame. That will make so many give up on going.
