It isn't the end of "state-legislated" anything. Executive Orders only have Federal effect and provide instructions only to Federal Officers. They cannot change existing legislation or enact laws.

You mean women who are yet to reproduce and so still haven't quite grasped how significant that is an how biology really does matter? You might agree with him on trans treatment, I'm pretty sure there are other things you wouldn't. Making trans rights a political football doesn't help anyone, it should be down to evidence based policy not what goes down well on prime time.
