I'm in favour of what is safest for sexworkers and which offers them the most control and options.
Decriminalisation of sexwork (model supported by the Green Party) is also supported by a lot of local and international human rights orgs, health and anti-HIV/STD orgs, anti-trafficking orgs and orgs made up of women who themselves sell or have sold sexual services. See link, it's a letter against the Nordic Model and why decrim is favoured instead which has evidence and a list of signatures.

"They won't have any protection against disease"
As mentioned, health and HIV orgs such as the World Health Org, UNAIDs, STOPAIDs and HIV Scotland amongst others are strongly opposed to the Nordic Model and prefer decrim instead. The Nordic Model disadvantages sexworkers in many ways including the use of condoms being used as evidence which means they are used much less. The Nordic Model also criminalises sexworkers if they work together forcing them to be alone, make clients nervous which can mean the client insists they meant in a more secluded location putting the sexworker at further risk (this has led to murders in France), depending on Nordic Model country sexworkers can also be evicted (landlords aren't legally permitted to rent to sexworkers) or facing scrutiny by social services who determine if they are fit to look after their children (Sweden sees selling sex as a form of self harm).
"They are raped multiple times a day and beaten by both 'clients' and their enslavers."
