Oh FFS not this again.
Some secondary sexual characteristics exist on a spectrum. Sex itself is a binary.
Slightly shy of 50% of the population generate sperm and come with built-in sperm injection equipment, known as penises. Around 50% of the population are born with ovaries full of unripe eggs that they release roughly monthly for several decades of their lives. The people with the eggs tend to have uteruses to gestate the eggs, should fertilisation occur. These two groups make up the unequivocally male and unequivocally female members of the human species respectively.
The tiny proportion of the population with neither eggs nor sperm aren't on a spectrum between the two. They are sterile and this is usually because developmentally something has gone amiss. "Amiss" is a reasonable description here: some of the ways in which sexual development goes amiss can be fatal because kidney function is also impaired.
The existence of a tiny proportion of people who are sterile does not negate the forced pregnancy risk that the sperm generators as a class pose to the egg releasers because a minority of the sperm generators choose to commit rape against the egg releasers. This forced pregnancy risk is what makes single-sex loos, dormitories, changing rooms, and bathing facilities necessary.
No amount of waffling and hand-waving and special feelings about oneself makes this reality go away. Again, reality is what persists when you stop believing in it. Rape-induced pregnancies are very much real.
