It starts with a bouquet of allegations about the Cass review which she doesn't bother to substantiate in detail, and moves on to a number of shroud-waving statements from parents (who were respondents to a sparsely-described online survey) about the decline in their kids since the review and associated policy changes. They look a little too neat and 'boilerplate' to me, but hey, what would I know . . .
