I'll lead with 'it was only soup' and then 'well she shouldn't stand womaning in places that annoy men's rights activists', and finish with the trump card of 'well I'd mind if it happened to another woman but not Her as she is the works of evil incarnate upon the world and it is righteous to hurl soup at her in the name of damning her sin'.

All of which of course are irrelevant as there is no excuse for throwing liquids on anyone at any time for any reason, we're supposed to be halving violence against women and girls (even the naughty ones who go about annoying men), and criminals escalate as they gain confidence: the early stages of violence to women to control/punish them should be heavily stamped on by law to avoid this.
