I’ve not seen KFs used as a useful source on these threads. Mentioned from time to time as a place where discussions about particular events or people take place that were banned elsewhere, but never as a resource. Having never been on it, I won’t comment on its political leanings.
What I will say is that the vast vast majority of useful sources on the FWR threads are published medical articles, actual clips of events, government statistics. Everything I would qualify as reliable evidence. Indeed, posters often ask for corroborating information and data and not just conjecture. It’s something I appreciate and learn from.
Also, going by many FWR comments, I’d hazard a guess that the majority of FWR posters are/were ‘liberal lefties’. Many FWR posters were saying ahead of the GE that they felt politically homeless. Myself included. I read the same about many Democrats. It’s so unfortunate that the trans liberation movement has been accepted by so many ‘progressive’ institutions without a single thought as to the wider consequences for women’s single sex spaces or children’s safeguarding. Either lazy and/or misogynistic, but totally captured.
In any event, reference to a political ‘left’ and ‘right’ (categories increasingly losing their meaning) is specious and disingenuous as the issue is not political, but about women’s rights and safeguarding children and vulnerable young people. The latter, in particular, cuts across any political category. The death of poor Griffin Sivret ought to have been easily preventable.
