Yes Delay in announcing the news.

We know judgments are released to the parties beforehand. This must be a technical or admin hitch with the court so I don't think it can relate in any way to the substance of the judgment.

Yes I guess the parties can't put statements out until the decision has been officially announced by the court. So if the court is late in starting (for whatever reason) the statements will be delayed also.

Although normally TT put out a Tweet if there are tech issues but I can't see that they are reporting on this today as two other cases going on.

Shit. I am so sorry for her. Argh. And it seems so completely CRAZY, of COURSE they tried to get her sacked, for fuck's sake!

However as someone said upthread, I think, it is still a win in the sense that taking advice from Stonewall means you are on your own and they don't take any responsibility... Just off to read the judgement.
