Well, they do have a cervix, like all vertebraes do, up in their neck. The cervical part of their spines.

Trans women do not have a cervix between the vagina and the uterus though, because they are men and so do not have a vagina or a uterus. Or fallopian tubes. Or a clitoris. Or anything that is a female sexual organ. Because they are male.
That is just how it is.
