Total idiot.

…and as we know that Starmer has ‘restored discipline’ to the Labour Party we can be pretty confident that this is the view of all of its leadership.

She does whatever she thinks she needs to do to get votes. 10/10 for effort.

We are doomed. If men can be women, there’s no such thing as women’s rights. Women’s rights were hard-won by our feminist foremothers, and we needed those rights and provisions on account of our female sex, not on account of any womanly feeling inside our heads. While Starmer has fudged and wibbled and made fumbling attempts to reassure women, Rayner tells it like it is. Women’s rights must include men.

Libdem candidate Gordon Birtwistle did the same thing just up the road in Burnley 🙄

She is such a sledge.

Sorry, dialect, but you'll get my drift.

I really think we are doomed at this point. Labour have made their policy known now.
Personally I think that will be the end of society as we know it.

AGlinnerOfHope · 28/06/2024 13:26

So Starmer thinks the law is fine, no clarification necessary, there’s no problem, nothing to see here. Some of his best friends are women, and he’ll sort out better childcare so they can work more easily.

And she thinks women don’t have any rights beyond those available to men who say they are women.

Right oh. And they think I’ll vote for them? My only worry now is there’s no other fucker to vote for either. I’d do anything to keep Labour out, right now.

VelvetBow · 28/06/2024 13:26

As pp said, if men can be women, there's no such thing as women's rights.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 28/06/2024 13:27

Rayner is really awful.

I am so worried about what life will be like under Labour. It’s shocking how Rayner, someone I used to admire, someone who understands only too well that politics is an old boys’ club, is so happy to throw women under the bus like this. Unbelievable.

Mouswife · 28/06/2024 13:29

And this is why I can’t vote labour.

UtterlyOtterly · 28/06/2024 13:31

Just when I thought the state of the country could not get worse.

There is not one party to vote for. Either I don't vote or I spoil my ballot paper. What a dismal choice.

Is there any need to target another poster like that?

The brutality eh?

Bunpea · 28/06/2024 13:37

It’s Queen Bee syndrome. She’s now an elite, this issue won’t affect her personally, so the rest of us women can go hang.

mrshoho · 28/06/2024 13:38

We are being given the message loud and clear. The saying if it walks like a duck... Labour want to drag us down the same road as Ireland, Spain etc etc. Will it lead to this board not being permitted to exist? It's frightening to predict a future when we are not permitted to speak the truth.

Flowers4me · 28/06/2024 13:38

It is so upsetting; I wanted to vote for Labour but I just can't now. The only thing I can do is to vote tactically, to narrow any Labour majority.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 28/06/2024 13:39

Keir isn't strong enough to control the extremists in his party even if he wanted to. I predict he won't last all that long as leader.
