Frankly those accusations of 'far right' are proving to be fucking ridiculous.

If it prevents someone from actually reading the original source information and evaluating it with a whole lot of other original source information that they have searched for and found, then it makes the accuser look not just like a fool, but it makes the accusation about ridiculous political affiliations look narrow minded. That they cannot read something because it was written by someone that they disagree with. ffs.

The NHS should not just be there to tackle illness but to promote quality of life.

No, it isn't. IVF is for fertility reasons. if women or men of any sexual orientation have fertility problems then within limits they should be able to access IVF if nothing else works. Not for any other reason.

This statement is astonishing from someone who claims to have worked with at risk children. It shows zero understanding of how grooming happens. It's not just the children that are groomed but quite often the parents too. Abusers spend years sometimes getting themselves positions of trust.
