This refers to changing the physiological or other attributes of a person's biological sex. The very definition of gender reassignment relies on the underlying concept that sex refers the biology of the physical body.

He didn't want to help women and girls for an issue that related to their sex and literally couldn't happen to a male because they don't have the same gentials because 'it wasn't inclusive enough'?

So he seriously believes that these children - including the ones who are still tiny - whom this happens to, could have identified as boys and it wouldn't have happened to them? Or that there are many victims of FGM who now identify as trans and are being offended by the references to the sex they are and the only sex this happens to?

Or does he just hate any women's charity that identifies sex based violence and harms against women that only affect women and girls because of their sex because his ideology about replacing sex with gender is more important?

Does he hate women and deem they unworthy of help THAT much?

Not forgetting the racial, class and economic elements involved here too with privilege.

Transkids: The most vulnerable in society. So much so, that you have to shit on an FGM charity for not being inclusive and not using gender neutral terms when the entire issue is based on female gentials and you can't properly draw attention to that, unless you make a huge big fucking point of that and the rampant sexism.

He felt that the number of FGM victims in Somalia etc that are "trans men" would be the same as in the general population in the U.K. Which rests on a number of dubious, unfounded assumptions.

And that therefore the African FGM campaigner in question should include them in her language around FGM, when she refused to do so.
