Respect can be earned, all our new KJK oriented posters can find this out if they stick around.

Maybe Labour should make itself electable then!

That's the dream.

Maybe Labour should make itself electable then!

Labour have held a 20pt plus lead over the Tories for many months now, with most pollsters predicting a Tory wipe out.

If thats not making Labour electable, i'm not sure what is.

Unless yours was a typo and you meant "Maybe the Tories should make itself electable then"

Whatever is wrong with labour and i'm sure you can think of plenty, its currently very electable.

Notaflippinclue · 11/02/2024 16:24

Blossomtoes - well the men in charge are making a balls of the Middle East and the economy so maybe the laydeeees need a turn.

There are already 224 women in the Commons and 229 in the Lords. I’m sure another one will make all the difference.

MatchingBedding · 11/02/2024 16:36

Yes you can be quite insulting can’t you.

EasternStandard · 11/02/2024 16:37

There’s no indication KJK will make a stupider comment than the Labour male contender in pp

I was specifically referring to why they haven't won an election in the last 14 years.

They've had poll leads like this before, and still not won a General Election. Don't get complacent!

BarelyCoping123 · 11/02/2024 16:40

Great news!

Emotionalsupportviper · 11/02/2024 16:40

BIossomtoes · 11/02/2024 16:07

I’m implying that she’s a single issue expert. Nothing wrong with that. It was a perfectly valid comment in any context apart from this echo chamber. Yes, backbenchers and commentators display their ignorance on QT all the time, no reason why there shouldn’t be one more.

To be fair, she doesn't claim to be anything else.

However, as a "single issue expert" she is likely to have more knowledge than many other backbenchers, who can't even claim a degree of expertise in one area. Many of them are not only ignorant, but wilfully so - they parrot a party line and chant "mantras"* without bothering to find out about issues involved and the implications of them.

*There's no "mantras" without "man" or "TRAs". Grin

NoWordForFluffy · 11/02/2024 16:41

BIossomtoes · 11/02/2024 16:17

This isn't an echo chamber as people with alternative viewpoints post and are debated with.

Don’t forget insulted.

Yeah. Some proper butt hurt people around at times, which is why they resort to throwing insults instead of making coherent arguments as to why women's sex-based rights aren't important.

Playing the (wo)man, not the ball, as the saying goes!

Yes, at least she'll be able to say what she thinks, rather than having to toe a party line, being less-than-convincing in the process!

Yes I can. But I don’t insult strangers online and if you think I have please report the post.

Looking at this thread there is one thing you can say about Posy - she gets people talking 😂

Ah, i thought you meant now, with GE fast approaching, apparently now in May!

Absolutely, complacency would be madness for Labour right now, though tbh, for me, difficult to know who to vote for right now.

My point is ALL the parties should be held to account on their TWAW policies, but the lazy thinking is "She must debate with Mustard pants Starmer"

We didn't get to where we are now because of Labour.

Starmer is no more obtuse on this than Sunak, look beyond the words.

We also need PR or KJK will go no where.

I wonder how many times it needs to be said
But posie mostly wants the word out there, being amplified
Anything else is a bonus.

I dont give a fuck who she asks questions of, as long as she asks questions.

We did get here because of labour, The GRA is the biggest piece of legislation underlining all events after it.

And if the fee of £500 is lost for posie herself, I will give that much to her party coffers. Ok?

None of you who are moaning about how she will do, what she will do need not fear. It wont come out of your picket6.

And no takers to do anything beyond snipe away online

Not much help is it

I think we have all tried to actually engage on this thread and even set out where we might have common ground. But we just get accused of being MRAs etc if we don't toe your line or point out something that you don't like. I won't be venturing on these threads again, it is not worth it. But I will watch KJK's progress with interest and am keen to see her manifesto.
