When is the ERCC case going to have a judgement and are there any other key GC cases making their way through the system?

ERCC hasn't done closing statements yet. I think the date set for those was April, so I wouldn't expect a judgement before May at the very earliest.

Pilgrim Tucker's OU case is still to come, and I think there's another OU one as well.

The Shahrar Ali case will have huge implications for UK party politics.

The costs are close to bankrupting the Greens - it may force other parties to change their policies too.

Almut Gadow vs OU? Almut Gadow - standing against indoctrination and for academic freedom. It's an FSU-backed case. 4-week hearing in February/March 2025. Not neartime although it might be interesting to see if the OU has the appetite for this post the independent review that Blackmore trailed.

Yes, that's the one I was thinking of.

I agree it will be interesting to see what happens with pending OU cases after the pasting they got from Jo Phoenix's judge.
