I saw the Barton thread and thought it was strange, at the time, that someone would create a thread, “yeh for Barton”, and post it through terf islands letterbox.

Have been watching this to see if the terfy detectives, who have far more knowledge than me about the workings of mumsnet would figure it out.

I think either he planted it to prove what a bunch nazis we all are

I suspect he means well, but he’s a poorly educated man (one “o” level according to the Guardian article I posted earlier) whose job is unlikely to have improved his critical thinking skills (die hard adoring fans only by this stage I imagine) and who has an over inflated opinion of the rightness of his own views. His black and white “my side right or wrong” thinking, honed by the Thatcher and Corbyn years, is probably what’s lead him here. Gender ideology is generally the approved thinking for left wingers and his schtick is tub thumping to get relevance. He won’t change until the Left can no longer shut its eyes and ears to the damage this ideology does to kids and women.

He makes a huge assumption that the thread was deleted because women were supporting Joey Barton, which is fucking laughable. Bragg has nothing else, so he scrapes the barrel

It was up very briefly yesterday - posted by a new poster - what a surprise! It was the usual tactic of posting something insane on here for a twitter outrage thread about mumsnetters thinking Barton (or some other misogynist) is great. MNHQ were on it - by the time I'd done an AS on the poster and confirmed they'd no posting history it had gone. But amazingly, incredibly, unbelievably...... Billy had spotted it, saved it and up it pops on his twitter feed 24 hours later. I mean - who'd have thought it.

Hmm. Am I to deduce that you suspect the venerable Mr. Brag of posting it, or else one of his lickspittle toadies of having done so, then alerted him to it?
