I wish they wouldn't say he's a trans prisoner. He's clearly not. He's just saying it to try and get in with the women. What a joke that they all have to call this man 'her'.

I bet the person who made the decision that he Tiffany, would be best placed ina women’s prison is on their knees right now giving thanks that that decision was overturned.

I think it is fair to say that most trans women make a bit of an effort, apart from calling himself Tiffany I can’t see much effort in his so called transition. Maybe I am being unfair, maybe he has girl days and boy days like Pip and the photographer caught him on a very premenstrual girl day when he didn’t look his best.

Look at him in this photo. This doesn't look like someone even trying to attempt to look like a woman.

How many times are we told by proponents of gender ideology that gender identity is an undefinable internal sense of identity and not about outwards appearances? That's the whole driver behind attempts to introduce gender self id or to make getting a GRC easier by removing the need for any kind of diagnosis of gender dysphoria.

So if Tiffany Scott says they are a woman, that is sufficient for it to be true. No questioning about their presentation or behaviour. That's how this concept of gender identity works, it's a feature not a bug.

Not according to the stonewall et al. No effort other than feeling it is required.

He's wearing a rather odd yellow shirt / blouse. I'm not sure many women or men would go for that particular one but I wouldn't class it as a gendered item of clothing.

Basically, he and I are presenting reasonably similarly today and I'm definitely a woman.

Imagine though: Prisoner Cell Block H revisited but with Tiff, Barbie Kardashian, Paris Green et al. as a full TW cast. Glinner could do the script.

Has a lot to do with the way he behaves though which is the real issue about where he , and other trans women prisoners , should be held.

Regardless of claimed identity, Scott is a truly terrifying individual. Not eligible for parole due to his behaviour. Unable to be in court for hearings due to his aggression, including biting open his veins and spraying blood at people. I wouldn't want to inflict him on anyone, male or female, and I feel for the guards that have to try to handle him.

You obviously haven't read anything about this extremely violent male. He enjoys causing the prison authorities as much grief as he can, so calling himself Tiffany and saying he is a woman is just one more way to make them dance to his tune. (Attacking them physically is another.)

His "rather odd yellow shirt / blouse" is the product of one of his violent outbursts, when he ripped his prison-issue shirt apart with his bare hands. It's made from quite a robust fabric, so try and get your head around the strength required to do that. It was probably another demonstration to the prison guards what he would do to them if he got the chance.

@WhereYouLeftIt I'm fairly sure that @OchonAgusOchonOh knows that and is trying to highlight the absurdity of gender ideology where all that is required to "change gender" is to make the claim. Whatever you dress as or how you behave is not relevant. Even for crazed violent life prisoners.
