What baffles me - or rather puts me in total shock and awe - is the sheer audaciousness of it!

I mean, it's like performance art x a million. To have the front to rock up to a school looking like that and working with youngsters and maintain one's stance throughout is staunch, albeit bizarre.

Also IMO it's abusive to the kids as it's boundary violating and has not taken their lived experience and feelings into account, it's so selfish even if it's a performance art or making a political commentary or just being an agitator.

Does this man have some backing and an organisation behind him? I don't know how emotionally he could have survived this time himself.

Somewhere he must have friends, family members, neighbours, maybe even children and a partner, parents, and colleagues he was good friends with who are going WTF are you doing??

Guessing here as I have no way of knowing but...

He would probably have had the backing of people who believed he was making a valid and effective point about gender ideology's hold on Canadian law and society.

And also probably the backing of people who believed his "transness" was genuine and who supported any gender expression, however bizarre and harmful to others - and there are plenty of those about.

I showed the photos to a teacher aquaintance - he just shrugged - said he didn't see a problem. To me that is nuts - would I want my daughter caught up in a teacher's sex life in any way? NO!

That's crackers Toseland. I'm one who thinks this man is doing it as a protest/provocation. It is surely impossible unless you've deliberately put goggles on not to see that this is communicating something that is intended in some form to be wrong.

He was though - he was seen around town in his fetish gear and once got chased out of a kid’s dance rehearsal by the parents of the kids when he showed up wearing it and sat in the front row. He’s just another pervert; presumably the international attention he was getting has encouraged him to de-escalate.

The uncertainty around this chap really illustrates the problem.

He made me think of how legislators never seem to have thought about ways their new laws can be misused. This absence of thought seems extremely odd.

For instance, what this man is doing is an insulting caricature of being a woman, one which is focused on an extreme and artificial conception of the sexually desirable woman: Blond long hair, short mini skirt, breasts large enough to require a wheelbarrow to move from place to place. This is his 'gender expression', and it is deeply insulting to women and girls.

This name shows great contempt towards women. And so does Barbie Kardashian from Ireland.

But because women's rights or respect for women as human beings is now old hat, we are expected to support all these three male persons.
