@teteawamutu I do know people who have joined the Green Party because they care about the environment, won't vote for them in national elections because of the mysogony and make a decision about voting in local elections depending on the candidate.

I recommend joining the Party; joining any special interest groups you are eligible for (eg Green Party Women, disabled Greens, Green Seniors, Greens of Colour) to support GCs on those groups; signing up for Green Feminist emails; signing the Green Women's Declaration for Sex Based Rights and joining their mailing list.

Honestly, no.

Some of the local votes for volunteering roles come down to a handful of votes between candidates who might be TRAs or sensible people so it's worth it just to be able to help with voting.
