I wonder if hes terfy because he peaked of his own realisation or because of still being friends with Sharron? Either way they are both awesome. I was a fan in the 80s (got to love such an awesome moustache) and since then.
Sharron has done various interviews to promote her book, which are viewable on youtube, all well worth watching.

I wouldn't know for sure either way, but it does strike me that quite a number of the mediocre, mid/low-table male athletes are the ones who are attracted to cheating so as to take medals from women in the female events.

When you're a man who has already proved yourself at the top of the male game in your day, it must rather take the shine off any possible temptation to infiltrate the women's events.

Women heptathletes and men decathletes are the absolute ultimate in sporting achievement, oh and I’d also include triathletes, imagine being so talented in more than one discipline!

About 20 years ago I 'met' Daley Thompson. He came into a restaurant I was dining at. He had his entourage with him. My husband and I had to move tables and share with a couple we did not know, because Daley Thompson did not want ordinary folk sitting anywhere near him. I thought he was a bloody jerk then, seems I was right.

Isn't it interesting that those who believe this to indeed be the case would never ever accept that they are gynophobes, in wanting to take away women's rights and restrict their freedoms?

I loved and respected him as an amazing athlete now I love and respect him for being supportive of females in sport. He has aged very well.

There's a good chance of that, of course. But is he a feminist? I remember the thing with the Carl Lewis t-shirt, it is a shame he was in on all that.

I would hope that he, like so many other people in the time between then and now, has grown up in his thinking. I'd be very sad if he were homophobic.

It is not transphobic for people to want women to be able to hang on to their hard-won sex-segregated spaces and sports.

I was madly in love with DT when I was 7 😂😂😂😂😂😂I was mocked and ridiculed endlessly. Yes he wore a very homophobic t shirt re Carl Lewis which put me off when I was 10.
