Its fucking weird but policing people's clothing is difficult.
Yesterday I drove past a man, probably in his 40s and otherwise normally dressed, who was walking home from the shops with his arse hanging out. Full on builders bum on a busy high street on a Sunday (in this case I'd rather he were wearing a gimp suit to be honest). I see women walking down the street in leggings which are see through.
Just a couple of examples, but all very unpleasant. Why don't we crack (sorry) down on people who are exposing themselves like this in the street, for example?
A ban on sexual clothing could cover anything from this gimp suit to a mini-skirt someone thinks is too short or a dress someone thinks is too revealing.
It's a difficult one to have a blanket policy on and if you have a man in a gimp suit who is otherwise covered up and not pestering anyone and is sitting quietly watching the play, I'm not sure the staff would have an easy time removing him.
I don't think it should have been allowed personally, but I can see the difficulty the staff had.
