It looks like it's always been a descretionary decision made locally by mayors in Italy and the supreme court has over ruled it. Ultimately I fall on the side of a human knowing where their paternity originated as a fundamental human right. As long as there's a legal parental right facility it's not a judgement on the relationships adults are in, it's a judgement on your human origins, notwithstanding that the insemination can be fudged for nefarious reasons the reality is that humans know it's a male and female process that leads to a birth in every single one of us, irrespective of who parents us.

Everything is not a value judgement, sometimes it's just the basic facts of human existence.

I imagine a loving lesbian couple who are all excited about their new bundle of joy and the life ahead not really giving two hoots about all this legal rights stuff, and just getting on with their lives and raising the baby.

Tell me, if KJK cares about women so much, when there was an angry mob, why was her only concern to get out of there, with her paid security, and not to also protect the women who'd come to support her?

I have no doubt you'll have some excuse, but I've been involved in campaigning and protesting over many years, and the way she goes about her events shows a distinct lack of care for the women who attend.

Have you even once addressed what specifically you found was even remotely credible about this video that @niandraladesand posted (in what seems to have been a failed gotcha attempt)? Yet you have come back with more revealing personal attacks.

Why did KJK leave the event? Because her security team felt that it would calm down the crowd and would prevent her from getting hospitalised. Did you even once think while writing that just why a group in society cannot control their actions to allow women to meet and speak? No. You have a personal grudge and it never seems to have occurred to you that the issue is a group determined to silence women with intimidation and violence.
