Boston USA: dead young person found in apartment with men dressed as women and children

Can't see that this has already been posted, so... Story in the Boston Herald about police and firefighters called to an apartment in Boston where they found the body of a dead young apparently trans individual reported as male, a number of adult males dressed in women's clothing and wigs and, being hidden elsewhere in the apartment, four children. The apartment was in a disgusting state and strewn with sex toys.

The Boston Herald covered it: most of the other Boston press/ media outlets decided to turn a blind eye.

I don't even know what to say anymore.

Deeply disturbing.

God those poor children.

Also isn't it the epitome of the "misgendering" they keep bleating about to say this was a "woman" when the man in a wig is not alive to share preferred pronouns? Isn't it a hate crime now to "misgender" someone? Think they should err on the side of biological sex because the penis is a bit of a giveaway that it's probably a man.

The Fail report states that none of the adults have been charged. If the bewigged man attempting to hide the kids really was their father, then why’s he not been charged with child welfare offences?

It’s good that the children are now being looked after, but he should still have questions to answer. I hope he’s not been given a free pass because he’s identifying within the “most vulnerable evah” community.

I think it's disgusting that the police have misgendered the fierce, beautiful trans women who were in the apartment. They just wanted to pee.

It's a difficult piece to understand. The neighbour Millie Payroute talks about 'the victim' but who is the victim here? Could be the dead person maybe, but I'd say the children were the victims in this.

I read about this case over the weekend and it seems there's a lot of hiding of facts going on. The police department had a very different story from the fire department, who seemed to have got there first with an emergency medic. They had one version of what they found but the police had sanitised theirs, with lots of reactions.

It's all very weird.

My impression is a number of male persons of uncertain gender identity wearing sexualised outfits were initially uncooperative with responders & initially denied that there were children in the flat.

Adults in underwear, sex toys, drugs and alcohol does not sound like a child safe environment to me. It isn't wrong BECAUSE of their gender identity (whatever it is) it just isn't ok because of their gender identity (whatever it is)

I saw this and the police version the other day as i was flicking through stuff. The police version bears no resemblance to the fire department version.

Given the fire department were there first I'm more inclined to believe their unsantised version. The police one did seem to have been cleaned up and tidied up before going to press.
