Other than the change in pronouns, why is Ryan(girl) any different from Gregor Murray? Both are politicians claiming a trans identity. Why should one be accepted as trans and the other be mocked?

Is it because Gregor has a beard?

I mean, he's actually trolling, but this is essentially exactly what the British MP chap did recently! The Welsh one, can't remember the name. No change in presentation, no change in pronouns or name. Just asking to be accepted as trans from that point on.

IIRC his pronouns were I/ run/ from/ car/ accidents.
