You can't also 'like' a whole group in society. That would be a bit silly, wouldn't it? They are individuals. Some nice, some awful, just like any other group.

Many of us here just think that women should have their own spaces, sports, prisons, counselling services...

People on Mumsnet don't hate trans people. They probably love some trans people on an individual level.

What they care about is preserving women's rights to single-sex provisions and services, especially in areas like prisons or healthcare where they may be vulnerable or traumatised. Hope that helps
