So what we're saying is:
The SNP paid out over £100k for a motor home.
The motor home was taken to the General Secretary's mother's house and parked on the drive for two years.
The motor home wasn't insured and may not have been taxed.
A SORN may or may not have been obtained, but if it wasn't, the motor home should have been insured and taxed.
The Treasurers didn't know it had been purchased.
Nobody else at the SNP knew about it either.
It had been intended as a battle bus, although it isn't a bus, and would not have been able to carry round a large team of staff and journalists, like a, you know, real bus.
It was never decorated with SNP slogans, as you might have expected a battle bus substitute to be.
I am no longer even remotely surprised that they have made such an abysmal mess of getting new ferries built and into service. I am quite surprised that it's taken this long for things to unravel.
