Just to back up your point, I was talking to a pal yesterday. She has a very very woke teenage daughter who told her all about how billboard Chris provoked the other person with a violent shove.

I showed her the video. Then I showed her the posie Parker videos - specifically the one with the men breaking through the metal barriers to punch a 72 year old woman.

Suffice to say she is now not taking everything her teenage daughter says as gospel any more. She hasn't just peaked, she's doubly suspicious of the obvious gaslighting.

I saw this too. This should have never gotten physical. Billboard Bill is a complete prick and provocateur, fuck him, but the blonde was too close & in his face. The police should never have allowed the counter-protesters to get that close to him. I don’t know what they were thinking.

That said, the narrative that Bill was attacked unprovoked is clearly not true as he was the first to make physical contact. He shoved the blonde first. The police intervened and broke it up quickly after the shove & subsequent take down, but they should never have allowed it to get physical.

Yep. It is really quite clear when you see it.

A male person was right up and screaming directly into another male's face. And the male who was on the receiving end had a sign that was being twisted by the proximity of the male person screaming directly into that male with a sign's face. Had actually moved closer as the sign no longer swung free.

I think only someone with a heavy investment in denying the violence of being so close, crowding a person and screaming abuse at that person could possibly ever say the screaming abuse person didn't start the 'assault'.
