I'm not even sure what to say about this, I just find it really shocking.

Baying mobs surrounded the intended event, one got onto the podium and poured red liquid all over KJK and KJK had to be removed amidst a huge crush.

Is it time that calling someone a Nazi when they're not & never have been, should be made a criminal offence?

Someone suggested on twitter that the TRAs/AWRAs tried 'terf' & it didn't resonate with the public (neither did 'fascist') so they've moved on to 'Nazi'. I have no idea, but I thought that was interesting. I've seen TRAs on twitter saying it doesn't matter what they do to anyone they designate as their enemy, because that person is evil. Presumably they're casting around for a descriptive term which will make the general public agree with them.

It was always ridiculous that women meeting to discuss refugees, FGM & dancing, among other things, should be defined as 'anti-trans'. It's immeasurably more ridiculous to describe women meeting to talk about their life experiences as 'Nazi'. They might as well designate the local bowls club or over-70s singalong at the village hall as 'Nazi'.

Let's face it though, at this point pretty much everyone is now aware that:

transphobic
racist
homophobic
terf
genocide
right wing
nazi

all in essence means: is not unconditionally enabling the TQ+ political lobby.

Thanks to whoever it was with the video - I'll take a look. But even from the still, you can see the asymmetry in all of this: women standing in front of a much taller male is really not the same as taller, aggressive males confronting women.

I questioned it because I so often see MRAs coming out with: this is what women do, too - it usually isn't. (Women are stronger than men, women are just as violent as men, women watch more porn than men, etc.) This sounded the same, but I'll check out the video.

The PM has given Marama Davidson ‘a pass’ because she was upset after being hit by a motorcycle. He clearly hasn’t watched the video. She’s happily walking along no problem with her friends and just comes out with ‘ I know who commits violence, it’s cis white men’. Smiling and laughing. Not upset or shaken at all. At least the PM did say, we have to accept and admit that it is men who commit most violence, we can say that much. How gracious of him to admit.

@DerekFaker oh a lot of them in nz don’t count Seymour, he’s too right wing to be counted as Maori. He’s Ngapuhi, the largest iwi in NZ. I don’t really like him or his politics but I hate the way some people think Maori should only be left wing and that it’s some kind of club where we have to think and be a certain way. I did used to vote Green myself but plenty of Maori are right wing. Whatever that means.

Ardern has been in pretty much hiding since running from the job. So this was before the soup man thrower.
