Targeting children? How?
If they are living at home then they're not exactly in a position to go no contact, are they?
This is not advice that is given to members of the same household is it? It makes no sense in such a context. Think of all the times the advice to go 'no contact' is given - it is not given to people who live together.
It is only a statement that makes sense for people who are not sharing the same roof. These are not generally children, and if that is the case that the children are not with the parents, what are the circumstances that mean they are not living with their parents?
If he was targeting children he would have used different language.
