Oh!

Gotta be worth joining now and keeping fingers crossed that when the eligibility rules are published you are already in?

Do they have a pay monthly option? If so, can always cancel the payment!

LexMitior · 16/02/2023 22:24

@CryptoFascistMadameCholet - they have a pay 600k in installments option

ArabellaScott · 16/02/2023 22:25

😂

ArabellaScott · 16/02/2023 22:25

An individual can join for £1 a month.

Any women who feel like joining on the chance we might get to put Ash Regan in place ...

ArabellaScott · 16/02/2023 22:27

Good.

Vebrithien · 16/02/2023 22:28

Does one have to live in Scotland to join?

The joining form has "gender" not sex. There is the option to self described. Woman, adult human female?

Waitwhat23 · 16/02/2023 22:29

It seems only those who had a membership before the 15th of this month....

Oh, crapola.

Lots of hundred of miles away too, but could always have hoped they'd accept me 😚

ArabellaScott · 16/02/2023 22:44

'The SNP's newly elected Westminster leader Stephen Flynn, who replaced Ian Blackford following his resignation in December, told Sky News: "I'll indeed not be standing."'

Thank fuck.

The Guardian seems optimistic that the SNP will push on with the GRR and the challenge to Westminster. Greens are talking about this being a red line for their continuing support.

What is it with these left leaning single issue parties. SNP are supposed to be about Independence. The Greens about Environment. Both are supposed to care about the issues that matter to their voters.

Well the SNP are going to have to decide- do they want the support of The Greens (who obviously care too much about protecting men to ever be any credible help with the environment) or the voters.

On what basis were these parties founded? They just both seem to be spending their time pandering to 0.3 ish pervert of men rather than a whole population- how the fuck have they got there?

What an enjoyable article. Is this what they call schadenfreude.

nilsmousehammer · 17/02/2023 09:06

<Gets popcorn in. Sits back to watch the left flail around desperately trying to hang on to their belief that the electorate MUST be done to as their betters insist, and push the policy that the electorate just threw Sturgeon out for and turned them into a laughing stock>

Because the political answer to something gone hideously wrong is almost always that they must do more of what fucked things up!

Boldly going forward 'cos they can't find reverse. Etc etc. This is what happens when allthe top layer of politicians are professional ones who did the university/ advisor/ top post route without ever leaving the ivory tower, experiencing no contact with reality and actual life experience, or ever having a broad social experience on the way.

ArabellaScott · 17/02/2023 09:15

And/or when they are so utterly arrogant that they see any dissent as a personal affront to their sovereignty, and disagreement is impossible to countenance because they and their beliefs are superior in every way.

Not looking at you in particular Mike Russell, except I am, you flaredy-nostrilled fannybaws.

Please go to the petition board to sign the petition to update the Equality Act, if you have not already. It has done so well but definitely might fail at the last hurdle of getting the last 18,300 signatures before 20th April as it has slowed down.

Nicola may have gone but there is still confusion around ‘sex ‘ meaning biological sex when interacting with ‘legal’ gender sex, that needs to be made explicitly clear especially since the unchallenged Lady Haldane judgement.

I cannot link as it isn’t allowed.

*Unless you're amongst those who prefer the term Lallans.
