The belief that male people change sex is just that. A belief. The belief that a male person stays male whatever their inner feelings is another belief. It's the one backed up by fact and reality though.

But this being a women's rights forum, the interest here and the focus of all these threads is about the rights of women to privacy, dignity, safety and spaces away from male people regardless of how the male person happens to feel about it. Because the world doesn't revolve around male people, and not all female people feel that the primary duty 'assigned to them at birth' is to be enablers to male people.

So you'll find these threads about how to protect women's rights from the encroachment and trampling of trans ideology. It would be a bit odd to expect a women's rights forum to not be.

If you find the protection of women's rights transphobic, then whatever. I find trans ideology quite spectacularly misogynistic, exclusionary, unkind and bigoted. YMMV.

You can only have the same biological sex (gonads, genitals, chromosomes and gametes) as a woman OR a transwoman.

I can assure you I have far more in common with transwomen than you do, being male.

But then if you think your statement is true, then you also have as much in common with transwomen as you do with me.

Which is all lovely in a general fluffy huggy "be nice" sense, but I certainly wouldn't demand entry to your prison, no matter how much I would obviously prefer to be in an otherwise-female prison. (I mean, what man wouldn't?)

Cos I'm not a dick and I don't hate women, and hence don't think it a good idea to let any man with a sob story about being "vulnerable" into their spaces.

But clearly a lot of transwomen do hate women, or are at least not smart enough to figure out the "I hope you brought enough for everybody" principle they should have been taught in primary school.

So you must agree that the best way to give EVERYBODY dignity & privacy is to provide male single sex spaces, female single sex spaces and extra third mixed-sex provision for those who don’t feel their birth sex space is suitable for them.

This solution has the bonus of providing something for nonbinary identifying people of both sexes who are usually shit out of luck for nonbinary prisons, hospital wards, changing rooms etc.

I also think these long litanies are a hell of a bore! We aren't in the court. "M'lud I rest my case that man can't be women."

I just disagree with you, and this has nothing to do with women's rights or feminism. People doing bad things are wrong, but just being a trans person is a crime in itself for you, it seems.
