Well at the moment that is the most likely outcome - that they will be expected to be in a women's prison and that the crime would be recorded as a female crime

And if we can't call it out what is happening we can't stop it

But until we get to that stage it must be highlighted or covered up

And cover up is bad. It's bad for women and it's bad for law abiding transgender people in the long run , because each case is being called out

If they gave up on TWAW then we would be fine , they could live as they wanted and many women would still be horrified if the TW was mistreated

Yes it has been confirmed that it was a transwomen but it clearly being reported as such which is a good thing I feel - and in future I hope just "man" would be ok because we would trust the system

At this point justelling, I think your posts are ill conceived projection.

Thankfully the girl has been found. If the accused was seen bundling her in a car, and police were appealing for help, do you think they should have asked the public to look out for:

-a man
-a woman
-a transwoman
