A headline that said ‘man’ would not mean that ‘all men are like that’. Yet, you make the assumption people who are reasonable and have a balanced view on life (the majority of mature adults) would draw those conclusions.

Well what is very simple and logical is that women are getting very angry that this person may end up in a women's prison.

And that people like you are trying to get us to shut up about it for some reason.

Not all trans woman are predatory but there do seem to be an awful lot of them who are in the media in the last fortnight. A lot of them in Scotland where Nicola Sturgeon is trying to make it easier for them to legally change sex by way of Self ID and a simplified GRC.

Yeah the charges should be listed, so would say, for example,

A 44 year old male appeared in private (always private for petition more serious offence first calling) charged with x, y and k. Bail was refused and he was remanded in custody for further examination.

Or was bailed, or whatever.

You cannot enter a plea at a first calling on a petition case.

All you can really do is ask, or not ask for bail.

It will then call again, usually the week after, then a timetable is set.
