@Beowulfa I think there is some evidence that crime rates for transmen are higher than the equivalent for other women. I don't know whether this is linked to taking testosterone, socialising as men/male-gendered behaviour, adverse childhood experiences or what. Reading the article in the link, it does seem that all the officials involved have been quite deliberate in their repeated reference to the accused's penis and testicles. It sounds almost like they're bound by the law to refer to him as a woman, but are determined to expose (pardon the pun) the full batshit nonsense of that - or am I being too optimistic?
