GLAAD ''Accountability List'' - a comprehensive list of GC big names...

I just stumbled across this GEM and have to share...

GLAAD which was a LGB charity, but now goes heavy on the T, has compiled a fairly comprehensive list of well known gender critical people, and quotes of what they said that was turfy.

It's actually a fantastic resource! It's made me laugh because I think it probably has the opposite effect of what they intend.. here is a huge list of people and their well reasoned objections to the Gender Church, all in one place. It's quite convincing...

I wonder as more and more people speak out, at what point will they stop compiling the list and just realise they were wrong?

My first instinct was to see what they’d listed for JKR, it’s laughably bad. Persisting with the Troubled Blood lie for instance.

There's a lot of opinion in there. And a lot of untruth. And a lot of assumption and hyperbole.

Who does that benefit?

The Germaine Greer quote on Caster Semenya is a classic: Suggested that Olympic gold medalist and runner Caster Semenya may not be female.

Well, yes, because Semenya’s case brought at the CAS confirmed that Semenya has an exclusively male DSD.

Let’s send them all thank you cards! All the people who spoke up! To their agent or whatever.

A lot of false teaming, although admittedly I've only read a few. Claiming organisations are anti-lgbtq when they're only criticising trans-ideology. Arguably they're not even anti-trans.

This is mainly American focussed I think. Otherwise there are loads of us who should be on it. Yes gutted that I’m not on it though there are many more deserving of a place!

Yes, it’s a common theme. In JKR’s they use the fact she had supported Maya “a tax specialist who had sent anti-transgender tweets”. No explanation of what those tweets were, so the brainwashed reader just assumes they must have been anti-trans.

The whole list is just garbage.

I cannot imagine the reaction if this list was compiled and published in this way but for people supporting the ideology.

Why do GLAAD think this is appropriate? It simply feeds division. Why should vulnerable people have a look up list of people with a wildly biased review telling those vulnerable people all the negative things said about them as a group?

Fuck that is the opposite of support. That is about perpetuating fear.

The Germaine Greer quotes are so sensible and straightforward that the more people who read them the better!

Sadly, this is guilt by association. The majority of these people say and think a lot of awful things so including Greer, JKR and journalists like Abigail Shrier and Jesse Singal alongside Ben Shapiro and Eric Trump is disingenuous to say the least.

Who made GLAAD arbiters of accountability? Fuck them.

Where's Kara Dansky? She's been on Tucker Carlson's show so surely she's part of the Axis of Evil for them. Basically it's a list of right wing dickheads and a few actual thinkers on these whose names are smeared by being on the same list. Ones they can't avoid and ones they can dismiss as "old" and "out of touch".

I think its quite hilarious, imagine going there and clicking Germain Greer:

And then the person visiting GLAAD has peaked!

I must apologise though, the thrrad title is not justified, I just wrote it at 11pm after a long day with 3 tots.

I agree with Laura Ingram on the trans stuff. But she's quite conservative on other issues.

I've onky read the Germaine Greer and JK Rowling ones and many of the quotes are sensible.
